Job Role:
Customer Support – Voice / Blended Process (Customer Retention & Sales)
Location:
Gurugram, New Delhi, Faridabad
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact between customers and the company.
Negotiate sales terms and agreements while closing deals with customers.
Gather market and customer insights to understand customer needs.
Respond to queries and resolve objections to facilitate purchases.
Provide feedback to product developers and discuss promotional strategies.
Prepare proposal documents for formal bidding processes.
Inspect inventory and ensure product quality.
Provide accurate quotations and cost calculations to customers.
Qualification:
UG / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible.
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Customer support, telesales, and B2C sales knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts with one weekly off.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₹2 – 3 LPA
